Please contact us to discuss your requirements. There are no set templates or restrictions, and no minimum quantities - almost anything is possible. If you have existing labels you wish to replicate, or have seen something here that you like, that’s a good place to start. Otherwise we will happily guide you.

Send your list

It is helpful if you can send your list of plants on an editable spreadsheet - see the image below. But if this is problematic, a simple list via email is fine.

If you’re able to send via a spreadsheet, please present each label on a separate row and each field that you wish to include (e.g. common name, botanical name, date of planting, origin) in a separate column. This can be directly uploaded to our software.

We will happily guide you regarding the ways plant names are conventionally presented.

Place your order

If you are ready to place an order, we will need the following, please:

• your list of plants;

• the specification for the labels: dimensions, material, colour, content and quantities; whether you require stakes, or holes for hanging/fixing;

• any graphics/logos/artwork you wish to include, preferably in a vector file format.

• your invoice /delivery address(es).

  An invoice will then be created. Once payment is received, drafts of the labels will be produced and shared via email for your approval. Finally, when a design is agreed, the project will be scheduled for production.
